Hi, there! My name is Kate, and I’m the gal behind this cozy corner blog where I share my favorite budget-friendly home decor, work or casual outfit finds and some lifestyle and recipes too. I like to mix it up a bit and keep things fun!

Here are ten quick facts to get to know me:

1. I grew up in a small town located in Northwest, OH, and what made it truly special was its claim to fame – Neil Armstrong, the first man to set foot on the moon, was also from there!
2. I’m the youngest of four.
3. I met my husband my very first semester of college (fun fact: we were both studying education at the time but eventually both switched our majors).
4. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Visual Communication Technology (VCT) – I love all things creative, design, and marketing.
5. My most favorite thing ever is thrift shopping – you never know what kind of home or outfit treasures you can find!
6. My favorite color is PINK (you may be asking yourself why I didn’t incorporate more of it into my blog – I’m asking myself that too. ha!)
7. I love to write and express my creativity, so what better thing to do than start a blog and share my passion with others?
8. Traveling and exploring new destinations might be one of my favorite things ever.
9. You can find me at the local coffee shop at least one or two times out of the week.
10. And last but certainly not least, my husband, family and friends mean the WORLD to me. I wouldn’t be where I’m at without them!
